How about co-op multiplayer? I’ve seen a few of those for Baldur’s Gate 3. Like Neil Newbon or Jennifer English. Neil plays with his friend Tom (whose surname I have forgotten) and Jennifer with her girlfriend Aliona Baranova. Except for Tom all of them acted in the game.
www really doesn’t matter and has nothing to do with the quality of a website. It used to be that servers would use the www subdomain so that they could be told apart from their mailservers (which would use smtp) and other servers they might have.
Nowadays this isn’t really needed. Most websites can be accessed with and without the www. The www is usually just used out of tradition and because it makes a domain look more like a web address for the masses.
Strange how perception works. The last time I was really amazed by graphics was with Unreal. I could admire the castle in the intro for hours.
The Doom 3 alpha was astonishing as well. But by the time it was released it felt like just another gradual advancement among all the other games.
Maybe it’s a console vs PC thing where console players would get and incredible leap with each generation whereas PC players saw all the steps to reach the next generation.

Yeah, that shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t bother with a lockscreen because the device is unencrypted and it never leaves the house anyways. But if you were to set one up in desktop mode all the programs would continue running normally in the background.
Stackoverflow and the associated sites are more or less like that. It sometimes has problems with overzealous users marking tangentially related questions as duplicates but overall it seems to work.
Downvoting costs karma and it’s encouraged to give reasons for a downvote. If an answer is outdated a newer answer often quickly rises to the top and often enough the original answerer will promote the better answer. And you can also edit other people’s answers and you can see an edit history.
But it only works if there are enough knowledgeable people participating. It’s especially bad with new questions because either the question is low quality or the first answer which gets accepted by the questioner right away is bullshit.

Was mich als betroffener am meisten aufregt ist, dass die Erschöpfungs-Symptomatik schon seit Jahrzehnten bekannt ist. Aber CFS/ME wurde einfach von den meisten Ärzten immer als Schwachsinn abgetan, kontraproduktive Empfehlungen herausgegeben und kein Geld für Forschung freigegeben. Insofern ist Long Covid für die CFS/ME-Patienten ein Segen, weil endlich mal was passiert.
Aber viele Ärzte halten auch jetzt noch Long Covid für ein Märchen. Musste meinen Hausarzt deswegen wechseln. Seine Empfehlung einfach so wieder arbeiten zu gehen hat mich quasi ans Bett gefesselt. Aber auch bei meiner neuen Ärztin bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob sie mich ernst nimmt.
Ich habe mich jetzt zu einer Studie mit Blutwäsche angemeldet. Hoffentlich werde ich angenommen und bekomme nicht das Plazebo.
Und ich sehe schon kommen, dass andere CFS/ME-Patienten keine Hilfe bekommen werden, weil sie kein Corona hatten. Dabei ist die Symptomatik komplett identisch.
