These terms of service outline our expectations for anyone that uses or registers an account on Kbin Cafe, as well as steps to reporting unacceptable behavior. In addition, you are responsible for reading the rules of any magazine, whether it be local or federated, and the administration is not responsible for actions that moderators take within their communities.

NSFW and adult content is permitted, but you must appropriately mark magazines and posts as 18+. Failure to do so may result in content being removed.

Illegal content, such as child pornography, is not permitted

Spam is not permitted. This includes creating spam accounts that only serve to provide profile links or advertise products and services.

Discrimination, threats, or hate-speech is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to discrimination based on members of any race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, colour, immigration status, social and economic class, educational level, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.

Lack of a specific rule against a certain behavior does not indicate acceptance of that behavior. Kbin Cafe may update these rules at any time as we discover changes that should be made or new rules that may need to be added.

You may not impersonate a person or brand without a clear indication the account is unofficial and/or a parody. Parody accounts are permitted, as are legitimate brand accounts.

Do not attack website infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to: DDoS, port scanning, or other such intrusions that may disrupt the service for its users.

Violating one or more of these rules may result in an immediate, permanent ban without notice or warning. You can email [email protected] to appeal. Be sure to include relevant information, such as account names, IP addresses or relevant magazines.
