Is the game still in a bad state? I mean is it badly optimised? I dont use Epic and love the franchise but heard really mixed opinions.

If you have an office job with projects, deadlines and zoom meetings, especially when your job is interconnected with other colleagues and departments, then its an absolutely stupid idea. It always sounded like a HR buzzword or even borderline corporate propaganda showing people with laptops on a beaches and forests, etc. You can either not fully enjoy your holiday or not do your job properly.

If you more on a freelance side, or have a type of job where you can have a few productive hours a day to cover your full workday/responsibilities and still have time to enjoy your surroundings then go for it.

I would personally never do it.

Then vote with your wallet. Don’t buy something for more money, which have inferior features to the last generation product. This is clearly a case of monetiseing exclusivity and FOMO to sell you something which was not designed to last.

One of the reasons I had Xiaomy phones in the past 5 years. Many models still have IR blaster.

Funny thing is I work for a company who manufactures products with infrared sensors and we have an app specifically for IR capable snartphones to fine tune these products. In the past 5 years I did not see a single client who would have IR on their phones, so basically the app is not used by a single person anymore. Either this or they can buy our official remote… for 200 euros a piece.

I just ignore the posts, its mostly bullshit corporate propaganda and public asslicking.

LinkedIn is great to find a new job if you build your profile correctly. Work experience, skills, etc Usually recruiters can find you based on that. I receive at least 1-2 offers monthly based on this alone.

Also the job section is great, you can set alarms for certain types of positions with tons of criterias, like location, type of work, specific skill required, etc

The rest is just pure trash and cringe.

Unfortunately this is my experience as well. Good thing you can create a nice profile in a day or two and just ignore the rest. Still its stupid to hire someone based on their pretend persona.

Sorry to hear that. Might vary from region to region or just bad luck. Im in rhe EU and most people I know uses LinkedIn primarily to look for a job.

Its 100% doable solo. I am super bad at soulslike games, but this one is much easier as its mainly ranged focused. As bosses scale based on the number of players (hit points, damage, sometimes number of add) some of them are even easier solo and the game is more predictable and tactical.

Its true there are some annoying places where coop is an advantage, mainly where you need to defend something or someone from waves of enemies, but that is probably 2% of the whole experience and you can always re-roll worlds to get a different boss and dungeons.

There are also summoner/turret/sniper builds to even the odds, but you can pretty much beat it with any build.
