DragonTypeWyvern,

Tbh I’m pretty sure the US sanctions are why North Korea still has a dictatorship.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Nah, you see, most people are morons who are fine with evil they don’t directly see.

DragonTypeWyvern,

I’m confused about whether you don’t think hoarders aren’t mentally ill?

Pretty obviously things wrong with them.

Hell, on that topic, don’t help your landlord friend for free. They want to run a business they can pay for your labor.

DragonTypeWyvern, (edited )

A pension.

And income from their rental properties.

Their business.

But, hey, they made a life out of exploiting renters, why not exploit their friends and family too before they kick it?

Nah, you’re right.

Mentally ill people just need to stop being ill, lazy bastards!

DragonTypeWyvern,

Eh, depends on if the singularity hurries tf up.

DragonTypeWyvern,

That they’re so delicious it crosses species barriers?

DragonTypeWyvern,

Yeah you need an extra level of irony to make it funny.

They do it to meme.

We do it to mock their meme.

DragonTypeWyvern,

I don’t believe this is a representative sample, but not because of the sample size. Stay in your lane, high school level science education.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Slavers aren’t people and their lives don’t matter.

Problem?

DragonTypeWyvern,

Neurological pathways need to be reinforced. If you aren’t doing mental math regularly your ability to do it degrades.

Obviously there’s very much a negative cycle at play thanks to the prevalence of modern computing but even then it’s simply a matter of most people not needing to use math much day to day.

DragonTypeWyvern,

The thing about Leeroy is that the joke is that everyone in that raid was a clown.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Also, literally, considering Glados is basically her mom…

DragonTypeWyvern,

You can be some kind of dictator, but for the proletariat!

DragonTypeWyvern,

I thought this was about Israel doing a genocide because people (especially Israeli people) can’t separate Hamas from Palestine.

But everyone seems to be taking it as a commentary on the two party system despite only one of these things being new to this year?

DragonTypeWyvern,

I mean, it was apparently completely credible.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Yes, they’ve always been a Conan-type.

Conan was not stupid, he just had a very particular set of skills geared towards murdering people and looting ancient temples.

DragonTypeWyvern,

But we’re talking about barbarians, not bards?

DragonTypeWyvern,

One of the most surprising things to me about the Conan novels was realizing exactly how many modern fantasy tropes are directly descended from them.

I’m fairly convinced that all contemporary fantasy is an incestuous mix of inbred descendants of LotR and Conan.

Sometimes some fresh blood will enter the mix, but those genes are strong.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Aunt Carol thinks every woman goes through a time where she can’t stop thinking about how sexy women are

DragonTypeWyvern,

He’s accusing Moon Knight’s god, specifically, of being imaginary, on account of him maybe being imaginary in the initial runs.

Marc Spector is insane, full stop. It was a very large element of the initial runs that Konshu might just be a symptom of his mental illness.

And, fun fact, he does have alters that impersonate Konshu, so even though Konshu was eventually confirmed as “real” it might not actually be him speaking at various points.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Well pancreatitis apparently hurts like hell so you might as well get him a heroin buffet too.

DragonTypeWyvern,

You couldn’t make Star Trek today!

DragonTypeWyvern,

He did get left on read by Galadriel, so it’s certainly possible if he tried at all, but there’s also nothing to say he did other than that.

But he is a demon-analogue so anything goes. Asexual being? Sure. Hypersexual being? Also sure.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Cloudy green petri dishes

DragonTypeWyvern,

They do for a landscaping company…

DragonTypeWyvern,

It’s actually hilariously ignorant that you people are pretending this is a cost effective idea for carbon capture. It will, in fact, just make a bunch of dirty fishtanks that are abandoned or thrown away almost immediately.

DragonTypeWyvern,

That’s also just a bug where they’ll say that even when you saw the scenes.

DragonTypeWyvern,

A statement routinely banned in serious historical communities because of the mountains of evidence against it

DragonTypeWyvern,

And yet we didn’t execute any of the people responsible.

DragonTypeWyvern,

I’m not sure if that is pro or anti 1911.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Man if you think that’s the most unbelievable thing a Japanese soldier did between 1937 to 1945 you’re really not going to like hearing about Nanking and Unit 731.

DragonTypeWyvern,

It wasn’t uncommon to open your canopy to get a better view, I don’t know what to tell you besides watch some old dogfight interviews.

The Soviets were practically infamous for always flying with them open. Not unreasonable to think a pilot that considered combat over might open his canopy.

And, also, sucks to suck. War crime protections are agreements between nations on standards of behavior, and Imperial Japan violated them all, so even if it was:

Good, fuck that fash.

DragonTypeWyvern,

They aren’t robber barons.

They’re the simpering toady to the robber baron.

The robber baron loves the government, he buys as many politicians as he can.

DragonTypeWyvern,

Yes?

DragonTypeWyvern,

You’re very much misrepresenting how anarchism is supposed to work with that “automatically” statement. No one thinks if will happen by itself, there’s a whole library on thought on how to go about making it the societal norm, with quite a lot of good points that humanity already largely acted like this for most of its two to three hundred thousand years of existence.

Supposedly, anyways. I suppose paleolithic man might well have been selling mammoth futures and executing debtors in the street.

But I also don’t really buy it in a urban society unless that society is largely run by the Culture’s Minds.

DragonTypeWyvern,

What if you do it for the love of the game?

DragonTypeWyvern,

Which is why the founders of anarcho-capitalism argued for “voluntary slavery.”

DragonTypeWyvern,

Started strong, then jumped right off a cliff with this argument. Just wrong about everything in the last sentence, pretty impressive.

DragonTypeWyvern,

I have. Your definition is just bad, bro.
