I’ve legit once killed a hard drive by absentmindedly standing it up on its edge and then accidentally knocking it over on a hard table. It would seem to work for about two minutes when turned on and then would suddenly turn off and you can hear the read write head abruptly returning to the home position.

I realize the designations for these generations are somewhat arbitrary but interesting which ages are considered which generations according to whichever source. Like before this I never knew there were two generations of boomers.
Ah how fun for you. It’s an old meme. Once you learn about it, your life will not be enriched and you will not be any wiser, you will simply be able to understand the inside joke which isn’t even funny or useful or applicable anywhere.
