when I was a kid my mum had this stuff that would just clear it up. You put it on your pillow and it disolves the blockage as you breath it in or something.
Only thing I remember was the bottle was brown though
The media won’t give me great answers to this question and I think this I trust this community more, thus I want to know from you. Also, I have heard reports that Russia was winning the war, if that’s true, did the west miscalculate the situation by allowing diplomacy to take a backseat and allowing Ukraine to a large...
I think you would call this transductive reasoning. Rather than using information to put together a theory and work off that theory you work directly off the evidence
for example hearing a bell and dinner being ready and coming to associate the bell with dinner without ever learning why the bell means dinner
found pie in the bush, there might be pie in that bush
no I agree I don’t think it’s racist to reference the fact that people from non industrial societies don’t understand how our supply chains work. Why would they. That’s not them being dumb it’s them not having detailed knowledge without being taught. It’s not reasonable to expect someone to deduce the existence of Bristol from a blue vase
Today I spoke to a coworker who had bad experiences with doctors and was seeking recommendations for a new one, then other coworkers chimed in, and so I decided to ask you guys as well. Well, not for a doctor recommendation, but about your bad experienced with doctors?...
I do many early symptoms look benign on their own and doctors are often overworked because the stupid government wants to destroy universal healthcare to give the whole thing over to some Norman
I would love the child of a Surfacebook with a Framework laptop; or A bare keyboard attached to a screen, that I could plug my phone (possibly running Phosh) and use it as a hardware for a laptop experience
well my sex ed consisted of a man who would later that year get fired for hitting a student telling us that premarital sex will result in pregnancy and then having us perform a play I can only describe as racially charged about the subject
after being fired he went on to become a far right politician
I think the companies already charge whatever they can get away with. They are always going to charge the maximum price they can without losing more money in lost sales.
The workers getting a pay rise would increase the minimum cost they could charge but they already charge the maximum which is what the market will bear. To not do the latter would mean these companies are willingly leaving money on the table
The minimum cost they could charge is the amount it cost them to make it which would go up but they charge the maximum which is the price that generates the most profit without sacrificing sales therefore a pay rise would mean the company would just have to eat the cost and make less profit
well also being apartheid, settler colonial states, that relied on US support and technical military dominance over neighbours, and that developed nuclear weapons on their own
