Eine Schulklasse mit 30 Schülern ist das offensichtlich nicht, ebenso wenig Großraumbüros.
Beispiel dafür wie Inklusion nur den Betroffenen was bringt, ohne großen Aufwand für die Institution zu verursachen: Wenn man die gleichen Rechtschreibanforderungen an Legastheniker stellt wie an Nicht-Legastheniker, sind diese Personen von Kindesbeinen an permanent benachteiligt, was sich gleichermaßen auf ihre attestierten Leistungen und Selbstbild auswirken wird. Wenn die Institution einfach berücksichtigt, dass eine Person an dieser Stelle anders bewertet werden muss, hat sie plötzlich vergleichbare Chancen mit den Mitschülern. Ganz analog für Probleme mit Feinmotorik, die zu Schwierigkeiten mit Handschrift führen, was z.B. auf dem autistischen Spektrum anzutreffen ist. Die Lösungen hier sind in vielen Fällen nicht teuer, sondern einfach nur Wissen und Offenheit gegenüber der Tatsache, dass nicht alle Menschen in allen Belangen gleich sind. Letzteres ist leider für viele Lehrer schon eine Herausforderung.
Ich denke es ist wichtig, wie man an die Diskussion herantritt. Ganz viele Inklusionsarten müssen nicht teuer sein, sondern nur mit Wissen und Offenheit angegangen werden. Wenn wir gleich über Maximalforderungen reden, vergessen wir die niedrighängenden Früchte ganz leicht.
