Many times. Although often it didn’t happen unexpectedly, but built up for a few days or weeks before it “clicked”.

Most impactful: becoming vegan.

Also impactful, but weird:

  • Stopping to drink alcohol
  • Decision to use it as a narcotic agent for a specific thing
  • Stopping to drink alcohol again after resolution of that specific thing.

Many other smaller things that build towards quality of life and quality social interactions.

All of these things built up during meditation sessions before I took a conscious decision that I acted upon.
