For example, I 3d printed a box over my outlet to protect my cables from my bed pushing against it. In addition, my cables never fall to the floor so they’re much easier to grab.
I had a hard time with this too, I didn’t even know there were supposed to be words. What finally did it was actually squinting, like so much that my eyes are nearly closed and I can just see a little between my eyelashes. Then it stands out clear as day.

I am in the process of looking between repairing my phone or switching to a new one. And the no brainer evolution to the OnePlus 7 Pro I have is a Pixel phone. Pixel Phones are definitely not perfect, I know that the battery would fall faster than other phones but hey, that’s ok, google chip in it, possibility to go...
I’m curious about this use case. It actually sounds pretty convenient, but it also sounds like a wet dream for scalpers since it makes it so easy to buy a bunch and resell for insane prices. On one hand, the price someone is willing to pay is the true value, so you could argue that the original seller wasn’t charging enough. But on the other hand, if scalpers buy up all the supply then they’re artificially increasing the price. I don’t really know anything about economics, I’m just guessing.
In the traditional world of tickets, you could hypothetically prevent reselling by tying a ticket to a person’s id (not that anybody does this, but you could). But in the nft world you described where you can resell your ticket, is there any solution to prevent scalping?
Ok am I taking crazy pills? I bought into the laser printer hype from reddit and got a Brother. And it’s a good printer and all, but my toner runs out just as often as the inkjet did! And I don’t print a lot, like maybe a page per week on average. Am I doing something wrong?
I think the biggest problem with bootstrapping niche communities is that people interested in those topics have to search for and find the communities. There are a few resources for finding new communities such as lemmyverse.net/communities and the Reddit migration community, but it takes some effort.
That’s just a consequence of decentralization. That’s why all names are qualified by the instance name as well. It’s not perfect, but we’ll, on Reddit if someone picked the sub name you wanted then you’re sol and have to choose a different name, so there’s pros and cons to each. Simply subscribe to the most active version of the community you’re interested in and network effects will pick the winner.
I have been in the unfortunate position of spending hours looking for a semi colon. Well I was looking for a bug, I didn’t know it was a missing semi colon. But it was my first internship after doing one CS class and I was writing PHP.
I’ve had the Pixel Fold for about a week now and have daily driven the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, 3, and 4 and flip 3 over the past few years. I have some pretty decent experience with American available foldables since they started really popping off....
Not about any specific device, but why a foldable? Is it really better? I just assumed all foldables would die out because it seems like such a gimmick. I'm surprised to hear they're still a thing
I guess because I don't have a tablet 😅 just never really had the need. But I can see why you'd like a bigger phone screen if you regularly use a tablet.
Jeez this is so true. I struggle daily to stay on top of the code and docs I have to review, answer people who are pinging me in slack, and being in meetings… I want to actually get some shit done!

Supporters of the person would just vote non-guilty and opponents would just vote guilty. It would just result in hung juries over and over.
