You know it’s pretty obvious that inequality is rampent in the US and people are hurting because of it. Yet the latest polls show just how popular Donald Trump and the Republicans are. Conservatives use to try and hide their true intentions, but today they dont care and will say exactly how much they want Americans to hate other people in the country. I truly wish I could understand why an average Americans doesnt see how much the Democrats have done under the Biden administration to try and fix these issues. I really do believe if the Democrats could finally have control of the federal government, and I mean 2008 levels, we could see some serious change.
I’d be fully onboard with bi-generation, if instead they had explained it happening because of the Toymakers abilities to mess with the laws of physics. I’m surprised they didn’t go that route.
EDIT: I’ve been reading people talk about this idea on other social media platforms. I bet eventually RTD will confirm this. The bi-generation was a myth but the Toymakers powers did indeed bend the laws of the universe and make the myth a reality.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions if they like the show or not. I know you opening up and I don’t want to com off mean in any way. I think its pretty awesome you feel comfortable come out with opinion.
But objectively, the characters are far from cynical. You might look into reevaluating what you consider to be cynical in life. Maybe you used just used the wrong word to describe what you meant.
Holy shit this was the best doctor who episode in YEARS. I got tingles as as soon as they realized they were on the edge of the universe.
How about the fact that this whole episode was just our two leads. They both really showed their acting chops.
What was a really good peice of narrative for our Doctor was the fact that his fast and clever brain was a detriment to stopping our monsters of that week.
Just superb writing and acting through and through.
After a second watch, I really started to like Rose’s backstory especially since Time Lords can be considered non binary.
My only qualm is it felt a bit rushed, it’s too bad there wasn’t a way to slowly eldlude to why Rose is the way the are. It all got thrown at us in 30 seconds at the end of the episode.
I just played it through for the first time. What an experience it was! I’ve never played a game like it before. It’s a story that will stick with me for years.
