Depending on your actions in the fight with the 3 absolute generals to close out act 1 and how much of a stud you are, she just throws that pussy at you like a hot potato. I was like, "Damn baby, can we like have dinner first? I just slaughtered like 50 dudes. I’m hungry. "
It’s a technology by AMD. FidelityFX Super Resolution. Basically, it is a technology that lets you improve the performance of a game while not sacrificing too much quality.
If I remember correctly, the way it works is by running the game at lower than native resolution (say 720p instead of 1080p) and then using fancy algorithms to upscale the graphics back to native resolution. It tries to get the best of both worlds, the better performance of running at a lower resolution and the better graphics of a higher resolution.
Right, but doesn’t each game developer need to implement it into their game? It’s my understanding that the technology is released, but not yet implemented in Baldur’s Gate 3.
Does anybody know who voiced Korilla? Because I want it to be Melethiel. The idea that Korilla and Raphael are both singing during this fight is too good not to be true.
I managed to take him down quite easily with the help of a Mummy punching the spoiler things. But in the process Hope fell and I hadn’t realized. I rolled with it - next run is for perfection.
There are a lot of great minor characters but I especially liked Barcus and Rolan and being able to impact their stories. I would have liked to see where things were going with He Who Was but never ran in to him again. Did I miss it or was there just the one encounter?
Ive been loving the random interactions between laezel and shadowheart and occasionally with astarion as well. Is great to see everyone start out a certain way and eventually change their opinion on certain events and other companions - feels like we’re really on a journey and evolving together
Haven’t really explored much with the rest of the cast. Any other companions have fun quips / interactions?
The developers seem to have a hard time figuring out how party members' inventory is supposed to work when they're not in the party.
I once told Laezel to go back to camp and pulled in Gale, played for a dozen hours or so, and then pulled Laezel back in to go to the creche. Well... when she came back, she had nothing in her inventory - only what she had equipped. This meant that I lost the Icy Crystal, a handful of really good weapons and potions, and other things.
--SPOILER--
I once released Shadowheart in a similar manner, but the moment I did, the Artifact got put into my inventory and I was unable to give it back. Several dialogue sequences happened where NPC's assumed she still had it, even though I did.
--SPOILER--
And all this was prior to the new key item behavior... and now they've rolled it back. So they had bugs, behavioral changes, rollbacks of those changes... So far I haven't had anything super game breaking happen but my experience so far makes me weary.
Is there a fix for you not being able to pet or hug the Mermer cat yet? Never in my life have I been so disappointed as when I hear the most enthusiastic “Mermer” and I can’t respond :(
You can actually have up to two casters who can summon Shovel, even at the same time if you want to! It’s not even a big or a glitch. Just have the other caster talk to Shovel and she’ll give them the ability to summon. I think it would be a fun and interesting contrast in dynamic to have a cleric be “cursed” with a chaotic quasit. And maybe some day find a common ground and understanding with each other, roleplay wise :)
