I mentioned the overlay because now (and before caused perf and other issues) if you don’t disable the overlay the allowing tearing option does nothing.

No idea, but it seems weird they even share the language selection on all devices which annoys me a lot as on the tv usually I need another language as I am watching with somebody else that doesn’t understand English.

As that is the famous phrase from dumb YouTube videos were they donate money to people (if is even real) or after doing something and they offer then to keep it or double it and give it to the next person.
And it is somehow moddable, like people created plugins for the UI. I hope someone ends up adding alternative stores directly there and not just steam. But in any case you can install the respective apps and so on.
