Not every project’s goal is to make money. I’d argue that spending time learning now to remake a game that you personally love is not a waste of time. You get the thing you wanted (a remaster) and you’ve honed a skill.
Maybe December? So we all take money out of banks, at least current month salary, and spend cash only. I think that is something that shouldn’t be hard to do and it would show if we, the people, have any power left to make positive changes for the future or we can just surrender and eat bugs....

Reading the article, it doesn’t sound like they realized what they were stealing until after. They were on a spree of tractor trailer robberies and I suspect this was just an easy target.
If you’re curious how but don’t want to read, I skimmed and it seems like overzealous privacy/permission warnings are at the heart of their complaints. I’d agree, it’s annoying but I prefer it to the alternative.
