Your usual multimedia selfhosted program that you have running in your overpowered server/rack, you name it, I could probably be using it too in my humble DS218+
I’ve been using a low power embedded-cpu server for proxmox+homeassistant+openmediavault+*arr stack, but I’ve recently built a new one with my desktop’s Ryzen 3600 CPU, 'cause I wanted to use Jellyfin. It’s gone from 35 to 60 W/h, but it’s got more drives, so I think the power consumption can be good with a more powerful server.
I’m Italian and I must support @FaceDeer 's point, these are standard in my country (and they should be standard everywhere, damn barbarians) and they are definitely better than a spray nozzle attached to a toilet. You can also use them for other things, like washing your feet.
You use toilet paper first, then move to the bidet. Which, btw, is next to the toilet, so even if you didn’t clean yourself with TP it’s pretty painless to move over.
What drives me crazy is how they can’t update all their configuration interface to the same standard, if you go deep enough you still fine things that are unchanged since Windows 98
Ideally if it’s a sterile product it’ll never be in contact with the same atmosphere the worker is in, so clothes policy is mostly for the protection of the worker.
For example, I 3d printed a box over my outlet to protect my cables from my bed pushing against it. In addition, my cables never fall to the floor so they’re much easier to grab.
I travel with a work toolbox, among my stuff are drill bits and taps. I used to keep them all loose in a small container, and whenever I had to both drill a hole and tap it, I had to find the tap and then fish around for the correct but. Now I tie them together with elastic bands, so whenever I pick up a tap it has the correct bit attached.
I’m a field tech, once I was installing a line at a customer not far from home, my company supplied a box with 300m of CAT6 cable to wire everything up but the customer insisted that we use their own, armored cable. For my company it was part of the supply, already billed. I drove there so I could carry whatever I wanted. That box of cable is now in my garage.

The reason I gave up on MP3’s and subscribed to Spotify was because Spotify was easy. I’ve been listening “Iron Maiden - Empire of the Clouds” song every day and like a week ago, its removed. This was the last straw for me. Right now I’m trying to find “Stremio” of the music world. Can someone assist?...
It’s shameful for Samsung, but I doubt many of the owners are hugely inconvenienced by this, it was always a toy for early adopters with disposable income.
I am in an intense love-hate relationship with Spotify. It makes good mixes for me, I have found a lot of great bands that way. BUT IT KEEPS REGURGITATING THE SAME SONGS IN THERE. I know about Song Radios and Artist Radios, so please don’t recommend those. Smart Shuttle doesn’t cut it, either....
It’s a self-hosted music streaming service, based on the subsonic protocol. I set it up with an nginx reverse proxy so I’m able to access it from many compatible apps without a VPN, I use Symfonium on my phone and the integrated web UI on my computer.
