Yeah BG3 is a great game because it’s not afraid to be a CRPG through and through. It’s not trying to be a MMO-lite nor an action game nor a shooter. It’s a 2023 AAA CRPG that’s very well done.

I’m all in on headphones. Been using IEMs for a decade but the annoyances they have always ruin the experience for me. Wireless IEMs are also made to be as non-repairable as possible, so if those WF XM5s break after 2 years you’ll have to buy new ones. Headphones are usually somewhat repairable.

BG3 runs at stable 1440p100fps+ for me on a 4070Ti without DLSS. I only enabled DLSS Quality and then capped framerate at 90fps because I didn’t really feel like the power consumption was worth it.

I’m almost in Act 3, and so far it’s been unproblematic… This game is on a totally different level.

Edit: every setting maxed out in BG3
