Not really, if characters start to like you, they will sort of ask you out (invite you to a dance etc.), you can decline and it’s over. If you accept you can get a bit of romantic bonus content, but you’re not missing out on anything essential.

What is the reason for the image of a camera to look further away than the same scene through my own eyes when I have the camera arms length away and closer to the thing I'm looking at?

So I’m sitting here looking at a black widow on my porch and it’s a big fat fucker. I wanted to take a pic but I don’t want to get too close. Yet the image my camera picks up looks like I am trying to snap the pic from the opposite wall of the porch when I’m only about 2 feet from the spider. Why is that?

I personally like it very much, it feels dynamic?, for a lack of a better word, despite it being turn based.

However most encounters can be avoided, via conversation, choices, environment kills etc. So you don’t need to fight much, if you don’t end up liking it. ^(*as of act 2/3)

I never got on with gestures, the effort of swiping is not worth the additional 5% screen size for me.

Although I will add that the pill navigation with a separate back button that Android 8 or so introduced was by far my favorite back then and I would love to have that back
