The creator isn’t losing money. They get paid to do the sponsorship. Skipping the segment has no effect on how much money they get because they already got it.
So I’ve been using youtube ad blockers since pretty much when ad blocker extensions were first available. Lately though I’ve been getting hit more and more with these messages that YT was sending out every 5 or so videos telling me that adblockers aren’t allowed. No problem, just gotta wait 5 seconds to x it out and then...
Now that the 15 has USB-C, I’d like to see if it correctly supports USB-PD. Is there any way to tell the charging speed when you plug in your phone to charge? With my Android it would say “Charging Slowly”, “Charging” and “Charging Rapidly” or I could use some apps. I haven’t found anything with my iPhone though.
Any way to swap the actions for tapping vs holding? To me it makes more sense for a tap to expand it and a long press to open the app. Searches popped up results from last year that it is not an option but did they add it to iOS 17?
Lightning is rounded more and you have more lee way when plugging it in. With USB-C you have to be much more exact. It’s not huge, but it’s noticeable to me. If you can’t tell the difference you probably aren’t paying attention.
A back gesture that works everywhere, and doesn’t require me to hunt and peck because the app developer has invented some random unique gesture ‘because’.
People keep saying this and yet this has literally never happened to me in 5 years of using iOS. Maybe don’t use apps developed by people that don’t know what they’re doing? Developers can disable the back button on android too if they hate their users.

What? If you’re going to pay for it you just sign up and pay… If you don’t have your company registered before attempting that that’s on you. And if you’re really desperate you could just use a personal developer account which you can set up in like 1 minute. Not sure how this is an issue for you.
It’s a bit of a weird shower thought but basically I was wondering hypothetical if it would be possible to take data from a social media site like Reddit and map the most commonly used words starting at 1 and use a separate application to translate it back and forth....
The company will roll out tactics to mitigate password sharing in 2024. While Iger said Disney should see some effects from the rollout in 2024, the initiatives to prevent password sharing won’t be completed next year.
This title is exceedingly misleading. This icon is not “ugly” and is an obvious marketing stunt to bring awareness to the return of r/place. Wether or not you think r/place should come back is irrelevant to this discussion. Reddit didn’t “make the icon ugly” so people would pay to fix it.
