I’ve got a wedding to prepare for in a few months, and, let’s not gild any lilies, I’ve gotten pretty fat since I injured my right knee and hip and lost a lot of mobility. I get around with a cane most days, and running/jogging (which I used to do a lot of) is now no longer possible (although I can use an eliptical)....
If what you want is weight loss, you don’t need to overcomplicate things—all you need is to eat fewer calories, and if you want to do exercise, do cardio. Sounds like the elliptical is going to be your friend.
Muscle building is great, but I say this as someone who enjoys bodybuilding: If you try to build muscle at the same time as you lose weight, you’re going to be so hungry that it’s going to impede your efforts to eat less. I’m all for folks doing strength training once they’re not as invested in fat loss, though.

I have been on HRT for a year and 6 months, I went from 4 to 6mg in April and I still look pretty terrible, I am not sure what I can do differently and I feel like maybe I am overweight which ruined my...
I think the most common answer is going to be Tears of the Kingdom, and that is one for me that stands out for sure, but I will try to add some more unique inputs as well. Many are games that came out longer than a year ago, but i didnt get around to playing until more recently....

I’d say that it would be important to talk positively about the women you know. If you have a female SO, for example, tell him how smart and curious and funny she is. Make a point to be open about the respect you feel for the contributions of your female co-workers. Tell him stories about when girlfriends were clever, and so on.

You like what you like, and if you’re going to commit resources and time to another being over 18 years or so, I think it’s fine to enjoy the way it looks! I for example love gray cats, but only because of a positive association I have with a previous pet. Are all gray cats as loving as he was? I’m sure not, but I still have such positive thoughts in my head about the grey babies. 
Yeah at this point, there’s two types of people. Those who aren’t interested in climate change either because they don’t believe it will happen or believe we can stop it, and those who are absofuckinlutely terrified. I think I’d rather be blissfully ignorant.

It’s easy to look at this from the lens of people just wanting power, but maybe it’s something akin to the grief, honest grief, I felt about leaving Reddit because I had been there so long as just a user. I can’t imagine how it would feel to give up control over something that I had created and curated for many years knowing that it was going to be destroyed. 
I had been on Reddit for a similar amount of time, but I had cycled through a number of usernames during that period. So it wasn’t nearly as big of a loss for me as it was for you—I appreciate the lengths you went for supporting the cause. Thank you.
