Goya’s Pinturas Negras are some of the most interesting paintings ever. Their story is even cooler. Saturno devorando a su hijo is probably one of my favorite paintings of all time.

Also, not that it really matters a whole ton, but Goya’s name was Francisco José, not Francisco Josè. There is no grave accent in Spanish, only the acute accent.
