Every time I close a game, there’s an extra invisible window or popup thing I need to close before I get to the recent games menu. This only started happening sometime before the 3.5 update and I was hoping that it was just a bug that was going to get fixed but nothing has happened so far....

Hello all, I’m trying to find out what games are highlighted on the steam deck oled gif that you can see on the main page of steam. One is Armored Core 6, but the other two?

Will hopefully help the handheld performance/battery. I know I personally have been waiting for FSR 2 before really getting into BG3 on my deck....

Never realised that quite a few third party mods for the deck are available - such as a transparent chassis, colourful buttons, and even an aftermarket APU cooler....

Having issues when opening some flatpaks (I think only X11) in Desktop Mode, controller input stops working, I can only use touch screen. Controller starts to work after I triggers Controller Settings in Steam(still in Desktop Mode)....

Any time I put the device to sleep, the top bar disappears on resume and I cannot get back to or launch any game. They do launch, but the menu window keeps focus and prevents me from accessing them....

I’m using Emudeck’s installation. I’ve tried wux files, extracted file-folders, and going directly to the xml files and nothing picks up. I tried running wux files directly via load and games don’t start. Native and proton. I refresh and nothing. Is something up or am I missing some easy detail?...

Roblox updated their client some months back, and the anticheat didn’t work with Linux at all. However, it looks like they’re working on fixing this and the game is now playable on their very early access “zcanary” builds....

Hello everyone....

I have run into an unusual problem. I left my deck to download BG3 while I was at work and when I returned it had crashed. After rebooting it, I started getting crashes when trying to uninstall a game to make more room for BG3. After two crashes it refused to even boot into bios. I tried resetting bios by unplugging the battery...

In case anyone’s having connectivity issues like I was, I thought I’d share what fixed it for me....

I am currently using my SteamDeck in desktop mode connected to my standard USB-C-dock. The same dock with the same cable is used by me for at least 8h per day with my work laptop (And previously my personal laptop) without any issues....

Just curious if anyone else has had issues with their track pads on the OLED models....

So I’ve run mods on a bunch of different games which were downloaded and installed with the deck alone. No man’s sky, lethal company, Subnautica, etc. with generally no problems but some modding software run through wine had visual bugs but the games worked as intended....

I have replaced the original 512GB SSD with a 2Tb one and reimaged the drive. Do I need to keep the original drive for warranty purposes in case I need to return the device, or I can re-purpose it or sell it out?

I have the LE OLED deck and I love it. Is there a way to lower the rattling the face buttons experience?

What could someone do to add their DRM free games and music to their steam deck and to steam so they could be enjoy there? Could they play their drm free games on the stream deck from humble bundle?

At launch, Steam Deck players made up 10% of the playerbase for The Pale Beyond. 9 months later after sales/etc that number has dropped to 5%....
