What even are you on about ?? We have no colonies left. There are a few French “enclaves” left out of the mainland, but they are isolated, forgotten about (in a bad way sadly, shit is tough there) and absolutely not a source of immigration.
Technically speaking, those regions (which I mentioned above) are not colonies. Of course one could argue they are in all but name (and I would agree), but they have nothing to do with any case of terrorism on the mainland, which is what the above poster was saying.

What I meant is that this is purely a power struggle within the Church. The main matter is not Trump but mostly loyalties within the Catholic church. That some bishops are insane enough to support people like Trump is a symptom (and a rather telling one) but not the dividing line here.

Shizuku is open source and safe in and of itself. The apps that make use of it however have the potential to do a lot of stuff, which is the point, and so must be checked thoroughly.

Each season is not exactly one book: season 1 is 2/3 of book 1, season two goes from there to half of book 2, season 3 wraps books 2 and 3. Seasons 4 to 6 are one book each.
Season 3 condenses book 3 quite a lot so you should expect differences here. As is usual in adaptation, characters and plot points are merged/moved around at diverse moments. A huge change is made at the end of season 5 due to one actor being outed as a perv piece of crap.
Books 7 to 9 were not adapted.
In the end, both mediums are great experiences and you should definitely enjoy both.

In order to get a job (or simply to exist) in academia you must publish. There simply is no alternative. And so the greedy parasites will continue to be fed, whether or not the papers are available elsewhere.
I worked in academia. Everybody already has access to the texts (thanks to arxiv) where I did. And yet still publishing was the only way to gain legitimacy. This is the problem.
Nepotism still runs rampant in many academic fields, since the editors of those journals are also academics themselves, and not always the most ethical ones.
