Carnitas Recipe...

So, I’m obsessed with curry, it’s like half of what I eat and I love it, never get tired of it. Used to not eat vegetarian/vegan food at all due to just growing up like that....

For those unfamiliar with Tori Paitan ramen it’s the brother of tonkotsu ramen just subbing in chicken instead of pork when making the broth!...

Had some Pesto left over from dinner, decided to try an old tiktok trend. You just coat a frying pan with pesto, and on a medium low heat just crack some eggs into it and fry them in the pesto. Super easy and super tasty!

Made using this recipe totally worth the effort to me but for something a little easier and with chicken tenders give this recipe a try! Have a nice day
