This is Little Crazy Horse Canyon very close to Goblin Valley State Park. This, along with the park, is one of my absolute favorite places in Utah, and when not flooded is a very easy and safe hike.
In order to not contribute to some idiot killing themselves I would like to make very clear, this canyon was flooded not flooding. If there is any risk of rain, please please, please, do not go into a slot canyon. A cool experience is not worth dying for. (Though it would be a cool way to die…)
Mac & Cheese doesn’t really fit that bill right? It’s carbs, salt and fat. A desert in terms of nutritional value. Barely any vitamins or fibres. Though I do agree with the “anything you can stomach”. I’m also ill and a few days ago I barely ate anything. I just wasn’t hungry and couldn’t really get any food inside. But I did have a huge craving for sweet stuff, so I ate absolutely abysmally but it was better than nothing.
The Colorado lower court also found it was an insurrection, but that an insurrection didn’t disqualify a person from running for President (because of some very specific wording in the constitution).
So both sides in the case appealed and now here we are.
Knowing it would be appealed, no matter the ruling, the lower court found it was an insurrection. The next court had to take that as a factual finding. They could not argue or retry that question. It is now a legal fact.
Brilliant move! That judge took one for the team, called a coward and a traitor. And you see what we have here today. (insert wasted.meme)
