i mean i enjoy the comics, and i think watching the show would be nice, but another avenue of this coming at me would be overkill for me. like listening to your favorite song too many times, then not being able to enjoy it.
there were 3-4ish communities on that other site that i was pretty active in that are ghost towns here and there is a zero to none chance that they will migrate over. i still go over there for those communities.
that said, for the mindless amusement/newsanddoom scroll lemmy is fine and i do find myself more active here in the general community. it’s just those niche communities haven’t hit the numbers they need to be self-sustaining.
thing that got me w/ YTV, and got it ultimately canceled was trying to share it w/ a family in another state. that doesn’t fly, which was a huge bummer.

hey, I live in Portland, if you’re going to be here i’d recommend getting an inexpensive glass piece to leave with your friends, then try a few different strains in 1g increments.
edibles and carts are fine too, but I’m definitely more of a flower guy. I use a flower vape as well, but I’m not sure I s recommend getting a cheap one even if you can find one.

I’m just now getting into aspects and I want to make sure I understand. You can only use an apect one time? Is that true for both aspects you extract from a legendary and an aspect you get for completing dungeons? I think you can use the dungeon ones more than once?...
Sometimes I can tell when my current DM fudges a roll to miss an attack or reduce damage. He has a tell in the specific way he pauses and breathes before announcing the roll, then tries to hurry to the next turn, which only seems to happen when someone is in a life-or-death scenario, but “luckily” survives....
So I have some beans from 2 different roasters, the light roast is a bit old (Great North), and there wasn’t much left when my partner brought me another roast that I can’t get from out of state that’s a medium roast (Philz). That medium roast is almost gone now too, so I mixed them together and made a pour over this...
One of the best things about coffee is trying new roasters and combinations. Never even heard of these guys before but they’re local so giving them a go!
trying new roasters can be fun when you get something good and it’s a surprise. did this recently and was stoked on a light roast and now have gone down the light roast rabbit hole

Just started yesterday and its probably my biggest things I miss from D2. Would have been awesome to make a Death Knight style build. I know there’s the reaper scythe ability, but other than that its just shooting stuff out of your sword.
