such mal nach “psychosozialer Beratung” an deiner Uni. die sind meistens sehr nett und haben alles gesehen. Du kannst also sehr frei und vertraulich mit denen reden.
es wird deutlich besser wenn man darauf achtet jeans aus reiner Baumwolle zu nehmen. blöderweise gibt es die nicht überall bzw die Verkäufer kennen sich selber nicht aus. insofern bin ich auch auf Alternativen gespannt
als überzeugter car-sharer: der Vergleich ist doch arg verkürzt. man sollte doch die Mobilitätsbedürfnisse bestimmen und durchrechnen, wie teuer es ist diese Bedürfnisse durch verschiedene Angebote (und deren Kombinationen) zu erfüllen. der Witz ist dann, dass üblw. herauskommt, dass man seine Bedürfnisse vollständig wesentlich günstiger (mit meist nur wenig Mehraufwand) erfüllen kann. aber so eine Gegenüberstellung wie oben ist doch panne

find a professional cook book. these books teach you how to calculate recipes and scale them (even in relation to whether something is a side dish or mains, they also include tips on calculating waste/trimmings and what to do with them). check your local library. i think there is a starter course from the culinary institute of America, in German there is “der junge Koch”

wieso abo falle? Du willst doch deine Steuererklärung jedes Jahr machen. Ich nutze dass seit Jahren (in einer vm da es unter Linux nicht funktioniert) und bin echt zufrieden. ist sogar voreingestellt, dass du die Kosten für Software absetzen kannst. Ich hab meine Steuern ein paar Mal in Excel gemacht, nie wieder.

anything with beans/lentils really. i like Pasulj, Turkish lentil soup, and ful medame. these are all easy to prepare, cheap, and filling. you can also deviate from standard recipes by throwing other veggies into the mix (within reason). they also work very well with some soft boiled eggs and hot sauce.
absolutely! these all work very nice with naga chillis, either dried or with a homemade “sauce”. i usually make a sofrito (i.e. no vinegar, no sugar, little salt, just sauteed veggies with maybe an apple) with lots of chillis. it really brings out the fruitiness. but it spoils fast so either can it or keep it in the freezer/fridge.

als ich damals meinen Zivildienst gemacht habe war ich erst ziemlich sauer von wegen “Zwangsdienst”. Im Nachhinein finde ich aber, dass das für mich eine Reifezeit war, die mir ganz gut getan hat.
was mich aber wirklich stört ist, dass wir, zumindest in meinem Bereich, tatsächlich die Arbeit von Hauptamtlichen ersetzt haben, und so, quasi hintenrum, die Löhne gedrückt haben. wenn also Zivildienst (egal wie das Kind dann heißen soll), dann aber bitte mit konkurrenzfähiger Entlohnung.
