Long story short, I have a desktop with Fedora, lovely, fast, sleek and surprisingly reliable for a near rolling distro (it failed me only once back around Fedora 34 or something where it nuked Grub). People often shit on the cheap Creality printers, and sure, the quality control is not great (and don’t expect any customer support), but I’m having significantly fewer problems with my Ender 3 V2 at home than we are at work with our Snapmaker 2.0 A350 (costs about 5-10 times at much).

I’ve had my V2 for a few years, and after getting a textured PEI spring steel build plate and changing the bed springs, it’s been super reliable and consistent. No other upgrades needed so far.

Well, my screensaver tonight was quite unpleasant. I was back in school, about to go into an exam, but I couldn’t find any of my materials, I hadn’t done any work, I didn’t have any notes, and I couldn’t even remember what the topic was. I was panicking the whole time, waiting for someone to come in and call my name, all while desperately trying to figure out what the fuck was going on, looking in my bag for anything that might help, trying to find any exam related papers or files on my (apparently brand new) laptop.

Luckily I woke up and remembered that I’m not in school any more and haven’t been for years.

Me too, and that’s why I don’t use vertical tabs! If I stacked all my tabs vertically, they’d surely topple over and injure someone really badly.

For real though, I just couldn’t seem to get used to vertical tabs last time I tried them.

I only managed to archive 1758 of the almost 4700 videos after reading this news yesterday. I hope someone else managed to download a bunch before the channel was removed today.

EDIT: Someone on Reddit managed to download it all and posted a torrent, it seems.

I’d guess that it doesn’t make a huge difference in terms of security.

Surely both apps encrypt the seeds they store, and surely you can’t export seeds from Aegis before decrypting them (pin, password or biometric). If someone has your credentials (or encryption keys) to both these apps, and especially if they have physical access to your phone too, there will be ways of accessing the seeds whether there’s an export function in the app or not.
