Seeing the other post here about YouTuber that went downhill and seeing content creators I am familiar with makes me sad. But how about those that still makes great, high quality content?
Kind of a trend, the amount of youtubers who i had loved but their content became generic after gaining popularity is quite a bit, most drastic one being mrwhosetheboss, his uniqueness went down faster than MH27 MH17
I played on PC on the Steam version of the game. I only bothered with bases on my first playthrough. I don’t remember how long my first playthrough lasted.
I put 150 hours into it and loved it. Bethesda is such a giant, and I guess this game had such hype that it completely distorted reality.
Funny thing is, I had no hype for the game. I didn’t think I’d even play it from the early previews and announcements.
But after it came out and people figured out it followed the Bethesda formula and was “Fallout in space”, then I got interested. It had been long enough that I’d played a Bethesda game that it sounded like fun, and it was.
There are a lot of things I’d like to change and refine with Starfield. But it’s still a good game.
I loved it. The reality of this game is so distorted. Yes, it’s far from perfect. But in no way is it bad. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, and not everyone will enjoy it. But so many people would have you believe it’s an objectively bad game, and it isn’t.
I remember seeing some cop show a long time ago where they couldn’t figure out how this guy kept screwing up their lot detector tests they were forcing him to take. They found out he was putting a tack under his big toe and using this trick so they scheduled him for another test, but they kept moving him from one building to another looking for the room they were supposed to be in, forcing him to walk a lot.
It never worked for me. If the store didn’t tell me it was pushing updates and about to go live, then I could get through the first few clicks and then “something went wrong,”
So I backed off and waited a while. Then when I came back there was a queue system and I gave up.
When the Steam version was announced, I decided to dive in to the game blind. In the months before the release, I ended up seeing some interviews of Tarn and fell in love with their vision and quiet dedication.
Steam version came out and I dumped easily 200+ hours into the game. I’m waiting for adventure mode to dive back in. Can’t wait.
The game is definitely not for everyone. But it is very special.
It’s not. I personally love the game, but it has a lot of flaws and that number seems about right to me. I think it’s a better game than Fallout 4.
Some of the storylines are fantastic, but they’re pretty disjointed from the rest of the world. Some of them feel like they have loose ends that didn’t get finished in time.
There are several game systems that are neat, but unfinished, and superfluous.
I really don’t understand the dog pile this game has gotten.
I love cooking. Two years ago my wife and I bought a bed and breakfast and it’s been a nice way to make my hobby “professional” while not sucking the joy out of it.
It’s only once a day, and it’s a very small amount of people who you get to actually speak to as opposed to faceless guests in the front half of the restaurant or whatever.
On the wiki, the “what is retrodeck” explains it, but it assumes you’re familiar with similar software. It lists some Linux OSs geared towards emulation. I think if you want to get the gist of what it is, look at Batocera.
But yeah, it seems the general idea is it’s a frontend to put all the emulators in one UI.
I’m so happy with my Stream Deck. The improvements are so nice, but I’m not going to upgrade. But it means you get an even better version. So you’ll love it, I’m sure.
I use these regularly. I feel like they do the best job and they also allow me to gently “scratch” the inside of my ear. It’s not really scratching, but it relieves the itch I can sometimes get.
Next year, congestion pricing is coming to New York City. And maybe, just maybe, the toll for motor vehicles entering the lower half of Manhattan should be set at $100....
I would add that it’s just based on her personal taste. She seems to have a pretty good pallet, but it’s hard to say how many would agree with her assessment.

Given the difficulty in finding a replacement connector, could you either remove them and replace with a different connector or bypass these connectors?
In our car dependent society, I understand that. But a lot of us would rather have better public transit so you wouldn’t have to have a car to have your freedom.
You make great points that sighted people like myself might not ever consider.
IMO there should exist public options to take care of these gaps that you have. Right now I don’t think there are really any groups of people who have both the means and the motivation to solve any of these issues. It sucks. I believe these issues are solvable.
Unironically I think that writing broad strokes of fiction is one of the best uses for LLMs. One of my first real personal tests for ChatGPT was having it create a test DnD campaign and it did a great job for the most part.
If I were running a campaign, I’d definitely use it as a helper.
