I use LastPass because my company pays for it, I also export to all of my browsers because LastPass doesn’t fill or save passwords right on some sites and the browser auto fill works better. Sometimes that means I have to search a bit for the right password for an account, but the system works and I haven’t had a compromised password that was my fault in a long time since I use autogenerated passwords. As always 2FA the important accounts.

You need to pay attention to who is saying what. I don’t know that Bernie Sanders has ever said “let’s bomb the Middle East” and at the same time I don’t think Mitt Romney is on the same level as MAGA hats.
I mean, I’d never vote Republican again after the shit show of a Supreme Court they’ve put together, but there are some Republicans that have stayed fairly center of the aisle but still allow MAGA/teaparty policies to go through.

Do I care? Sure, a little, someone is going to get paid and it’s not going to be me. There’s nothing I can do about it and my boss gets paid for my work too.
Any community is a sum of it’s members, good bad, or otherwise. I think there will be a wave of us Reddit refugees, but also word is going to spread to other places like Meta and hopefully bring in even more people. Getting people sorted into servers that are going to be able to handle the load, or even better getting them to host their own servers is going to be the way to go. Sorry if we’re stumbling all over your garden in the meantime.
It’s complicated, but ultimately you would give the people living there the option to live under Ukrainian laws. If they want to go back to Russia, fine, but while in Ukrainian territory, they live under Ukrainian laws and pay Ukrainian taxes etc.
