What could someone do to add their DRM free games and music to their steam deck and to steam so they could be enjoy there? Could they play their drm free games on the stream deck from humble bundle?

I purchased a brand new Xbox wireless controller. It paired with my steam deck easily but it will not connect and the “X” button on the controller keeps flashing. I’ve hit every button on the controller and can’t get it to actually connect. I’ve also rebooted the steam deck....

Feels like I’ve tried everything except changing the proton version. I’m playing on an OLED if that makes a difference.

Every time I close a game, there’s an extra invisible window or popup thing I need to close before I get to the recent games menu. This only started happening sometime before the 3.5 update and I was hoping that it was just a bug that was going to get fixed but nothing has happened so far....

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this I just figured maybe someone has experience with launching a non-steam game as a steam game through launch options....

Now that I have my new Oled, I’m wondering what would be good video settings for BG3. I can set the preset to ultra and it seems to offer no performance problem, but I wonder if vsync fsr2 etc should be set? How can I get the most amazing BG3 setup?

I was wondering how many of you out there who ordered the OLED model on release already got their Deck? Mine is stuck at “packaged items” for a couple of days and I am starting to get anxious when I get it.

hurts… but if i were to upgrade, i doubt it’s worth it. a bigger oled screen? nah. slightly better performance? no. it’s probably not worth it.

Wanted to post my experience so far for others that are in the same niche as me, as I didn’t find much on it looking around....

For anyone who did not think about it beforehand and struggled as me. You can run KDE Connect on your machine and send keyboard and mouse inputs using kde connect. Almost 0 input lag. So you can do all you need....

Is it me or is this worth playing in the shadows format over the regular color version? I am at the bat cave and some aspects don’t show on the bat cave monitor, like Bruce is looking up at the screen and talking while reference stuff from the screen but it’s just grey to me. Updated my dock to the latest firmware today. It worked fine until I restarted my deck to try and resolve some game streaming issues. After restarting the deck, the dock no longer works. Edit: to this rant because I think they deserve it. I’m guessing they did have a ton out bot orders that they cancelled because they are back in stock and my order went through....

I just bought the 256GB Deck at the beginning of this month and it arrived on the 10th for $529. On the 13th they announced the OLED Deck and dropped the price of the 256GB Deck to $399....

Whenever I go to choose a file or folder within a flatpak application such as heroic or lutiris, it either doesn’t fill the path of in the case or heroic freezes. One thing to note is in game mode I have less issues as the gtk file picker pops up instead. But in heroic I still can’t select an installer for some reason.
