cathyk, We just put the honey on a little plate and swirl in some sriracha. It’s very good. The honey OP has there is potentially waaay hotter since it contains the wicked-hot Scotch Bonnet pepper. I didn’t know this type of honey existed and I’m intrigued.

otherbarry, Hot honey is pretty good if you’re into the whole sweet/spicy combo. In NYC there are now pizzerias serving pizza with hot honey… it sounds a bit odd but surprisingly quite good, definitely worth a try.

My favorite pizza is pepperoni and pineapple. Spicy and sweet. And I often put red pepper flakes on it so this seems like not too far.

Why? Hot honey is amazing! I make my own with added garlic too. Only reason to be disapppointed is that you mistakenly got smth you didnt want.
