0.6 nozzle and still got decent detail. Ive been having a ton of fun and productivity with the big nozzle but can’t wait to go back to 0.4 which I haven’t used in a long time, or to try out the 0.2

This was a fun project, I had to measure and figure out the iottie thread pitch and then create an adapter to go from a phone mount stand to a backplate on my wireless camera screen for a backup camera on a trailer....
Pretty impressed how well that one turned out. Used SUNLU TPU in yellow with 200/50 degrees Celsius at 20mm/s speed on my Voxelab Aquila (upgraded PEI bed and DirectDrive, also used Filament drybox)....
I printed a complete set of gridfinity bins for my desk drawer. It’s so much better than the drawer of chaos.

I’ve been getting some problem layers with this filament, especially on flat pieces like this. The first layer is always good, but flat layers (top and bottom) that are not on the bed are not great, like the filament is sagging and not connecting to the lines next to it, regardless of if they are supported or not. This one was...
The print didn’t finish because of a corrupt file apparently (that’s what the printer told me). I’m wondering what causes that big gap between the layers.
Now I need to learn how to play it…
Printed with two PETG filaments on a glass bed with hairspray. Printed the black lines (with a custom end code that doesn’t turns off motors) then printed the white over it in a separate gcode (also with custom start with no homing). It even allows me to go with an exact and cut off hairs and blobs before laying the white....
How is this possible even with abl? I dont’ get it…
