I restored the original firmware and tried all 3 software channels.

I rebooted the device many times and restored the official firmware .

Yes I know how to “deal” with pulseaudio. I shouldn’t have to on this device. And no they haven’t asked anything in that direction other than sending me instruction on how to connect a Bluetooth device,which I know how to do.

It’s a video showing the literal Bluetooth issue I’m having. Not aure what to tell you. You can clearly see the device going disconnected and connected in a loop.
