it depends what kind of keto you’re doing - I think there’s like a vegan keto? but for most people, keto seems to mean increasing the amount of animal products you eat which is undeniably awful for your health. a lot of them start eating tons of meat, putting butter in their drinks, eating tons of eggs and end up with obscene cholesterol levels.
US politicians only disagree (a little bit) on domestic policy, on foreign policy they’re all in lock-step. that used to feel like a truism, but it’s been proven very true.

it doesn’t suck for you to take the high road, you’re sitting in the west living a comfortable life, it’s super easy for you to ‘condemn’ both sides and go on with your day. what are Gazans supposed to do? they’re living in hell on earth, and the entire world had turned their backs on them.

what should they have done instead? just do nothing and let Israel keep building settlements and murdering them and commit a slow genocide? I can’t blame them for violently struggling in whatever means possible. even under international law, occupied populations have the right to engage in armed struggle. it sucks that it came to this, but Israel is responsible for every death that happens because they want to commit genocide against the native population rather than peacefully coexist.
reading the bible is a horrible experience. there’s paragraphs where the same story is being told in two different ways, things are repeated all the time. there’s entire chapters that just go “x is the son of y is the son of z is the son of a who’s the son of b and the son of c”.
