I am a massive Star Wars fan and cannot understand people who expect it to be high cinema. It’s a series about space wizards and WW2-style air battles. Like all fantasy/SF, it is occasionally commentary on real-world stuff, but it isn’t trying to be Star Trek. Things are allowed to just be fun
I’m a huge space nerd. I did also appreciate the visuals and realistic portrayal of time dilation, and should have noted that (though it may have diluted my opinion a bit?). I just didn’t like the actual movie itself.

Some of the sharing sites from the 2000s monetized themselves and that upsets you. I have no issue with that. There are many alternatives because what he said is false. Go use one of them.
I don’t care if you agree. I care what’s correct. The Internet is many times larger than I was 20+ years ago, and all the same free networks exist. The really popular ones got big and monetized.
Mine is that the ratio of websites that freely shared info vs those that did so with an underlying goal of making revenue by advertising was very large vs very small.

It is not a current refugee camp. It is in the North, where they told people to evacuate from. It is not a “collection of civilians gathering” - the city is mostly abandoned. These aren’t even the first bombs dropped there, by a long shot
This sort of misunderstanding lets people bring this up as if Israel is currently bombing refugees, which is a significant lie.
