Maybe it’s because you didn’t even bother to read them?

You claim natural infection gives you better immunity response, the article states “experts say, that’s on par with what’s provided through two doses of an mRNA vaccine.” and that “Still, experts stress that vaccination is the preferable route to immunity, given the risks of Covid”

Then you claimed “the CDC advisory board is showing concerns that too frequent “boosting” may actually be training your immune system to ignore the disease and could have adverse affects.” while the proof you posted says "Boost too soon, and you don’t ramp up protection in any meaningful way, in part because the body hasn’t had enough time to build up a proper immune memory of that first vaccination yet. “It’s not detrimental, it’s just not necessarily as effective as a later boost,”

A few months back when there was all the talk of facebook joining the fediverse I figured nothing good was going to come of it, and this doesn’t prove me wrong. Fb doesn’t do anything unless they see money in it somewhere.

How much would that help? If even one instance doesn’t defederate, fb is still going to scrape all the data they can through that instance, negating all the other instances that did defederate. (Unless I’m misunderstanding something)

As an example: I’m from .ca and lets say they defederate. I make a comment or post (or upvote/downvote) on another instance like .world that didn’t, am I not a “third party” and opening myself up to them collecting everything they can about me and my account?

Oh I’m sure they do but depending on what they’re collecting it’s a legally grey area, while this is pretty much giving them permission to do it. And I for one have no intentions of making it any easier for them to make money off me.

Rc cars. I got a crappy 1/6 scale truck (newbright) for shits and giggles to see what it could all do before I fried and broke it. Ended up slowly dumping a bunch of crap into it (Batteries, lights, new controller, esc, new brushless motor etc)

Wouldn’t have been quite so bad if it was a “normal” scale rc, but parts for something 1/6 scale is pretty pricey. I could have just bought a better machine, but it was still fun and I learned a bit about rc stuff. This is the frankenRC i.imgur.com/ey1jJYX.jpg

Oh for sure, I don’t doubt at all he’s dead, it’s just any information russia freely gives usually is for a specific reason only. IN this case it’s probably sending a message that if you pull shit against russia, windows in tall buildings may not be your only worry.

Small issue with the map though… a lot of northern Canada is muskeg (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muskeg) and rock (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_Shield) so it’s not nearly as green and fertile as the map makes it out to be.

After about a dozen tries I managed to get a half decent pic of her when she isn’t recharging so I figured I’d post it. Most of them end up blurry because if she isn’t asleep she’s going 45 mph.

She was pretty slow yesterday, but I guess the wet food we got her is doing wonders so far. She’s still wobbly and learning how to cat but it looks like she’ll be fine.

Our other cats are not terribly impressed but they’ll get used to her in time. ( I think they know they’re in for a lot of trouble once she figures out her balance.)

We had a cat that passed away last year at the age of 22. I hope this little one makes it that long as well.

Soon I hope. We phoned around yesterday and all three vet clinics within 30 miles are booked solid this week but we left our info in case a spot opens up.

Otherwise it looks like next week thursday.

I think I probably have more blurry pics than good ones of these critters despite deleting most of them. It’s hard to get a good pic of a cat… especially black ones.
