Seems really dumb to make such a mod. A game that has characters of different orientations and identities is simply a more believable and thereby better game.
However from what I have been reading, the game seems to be overly focused on sex and relationships in general, or is that depending on player decisions?

That is what I was worried about. I loved playing Divinity 2 because of it´s focus on exploring and combat and never felt that I needed more love/sex/relationships in the game.
You’re getting downvoted from one camp who disagrees that more diversity in a game makes it more “believable” and downvoted from another camp that will also downvoted me for disliking or criticizing the game at all. It’s very popular, with good reason, and has generated a very strong fanbase. Suggesting anything is “overly focused” is not gonna fly.
Some people obviously never learned how to debate. I did not even say that BG3 was overly focused on relationships, I in fact just asked if it was.

Narrative hast du immer in der Berichterstattung. Das Problem ist das vorwiegend nur ganz bestimmte Narrative berichtet werden, die der offiziellen Sichtweise der Regierung entsprechen. Dadurch wird natürlich ein sehr einseitiges Bild in der öffentlichen Meinung gefördert. Beispielsweise stellen die westlichen Medien bei internationalen Konflikten NATO Länder und ihre Verbündeten traditionell als im Recht und moralisch überlegen dar. Das wird zB bei der momentanen Berichterstattung zum Nahostkonflikt wieder mal mehr als deutlich.
Nach dem Vorbild der USA gibt es bald hierzulande einen Tag für ehemalige Bundeswehrkräfte. Im Bundestag geht es nur noch um letzte Details, ein mögliches Datum gibt es auch schon.

I understand your feelings of empathy and loyalty. I respect that as one of the most beautiful things that can be between two people but be aware that loyalty can also be a trap and that is when it keeps you in a toxic relationship that is slowly destroying you. I´m not saying it has to turn out like that but don´t be naive as I was, be smart. Be there for her, make her feel loved and try everything to help her but at the same time you have to be absolutely aware of a few things.

Realizing all these things beforehand will help you a lot in managing whatever you will be going trough. Giving her and the relationship a chance, while being ready to safe yourself if necessary, is the best you can do imo. You should communicate these things with her openly, it might be a motivation for her too.
