All of your sources consist of the sane survey done on Chinese citizens on ranking their own government. North Korea would also be in favour of their government.
The man responsible for the survey, Edward Cunningham, also has investments in Chinese assets.
Most recently he has engaged in work on the rise of Chinese private wealth and philanthropy. He serves as an advisor to private and publicly listed companies in the energy, environmental, and financial services sectors.

Japan said they will donate trucks which were used during Fukushima and still are radioactive to Ukraine. Now, NATO suddenly cares about contaminates? In science, we come up with concepts and then name them (ball hits wall = force). We then find other phenomena that match those definitions using objective criteria (does car hit pole = force? yes, so it's force).
In politics, we come up with terms and associate feelings to them through classical conditioning (dictator = bad, dictator = bad,...). We then find phenomena that affects us in beneficial or harmful ways (Chinese leader is good for New Zealand economy), then label them based on how we want others to feel about it (China leader ≠ dictator/bad).
