As pc gamer (and new Deck owner) i’ve started to check any good game deal, mostly x games on Steam but not only. I’ve soon realize that there are great site like Humble to use to buy keys for cheap, but also “shady” sites with very low price who apparently sell non working keys or try to scam you. Did we have a list of...
I have recently played 3 games that have forced a lengthy, unskippable tutorial section that runs for several hours of the game, just to unlock the most basic functions like buying the items, customizing features, multiplayer, and even 2-player split screen modes....
Just finished MFN, it had the same vibe, underlying horror as NFB, both focused on behind the scenes in television. Would be great if these 2 companies did references to each other the same way Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank did in the early days
I think the pixel art style is great. At the beginning I also thought the game was very cool with a very intriguing story, but then the game started to ask me to do totally useless things for progressing in the story, like: go find the berry for cooking the meal for this person for no reason, but then something stupid happens so...
What I mean is… sometimes people are very loyal to a videogame franchise or a company because they loved a game they released years ago (Silent Hill/Konami with Silent Hill 2, Blizzard/Bethesda with their respective golden eras, some could argue this happens too with Pokémon and Final Fantasy, etc). Ethical/consumer reasons...
I usually play games on “normal” difficulty these days, for a balanced challenge. However, I don’t particularly enjoy boss fights, or at least I don’t enjoy the extra challenge associated with them. Was thinking it would be nice if games had a separate setting so I could just set boss fights to “easy”, while not...
I thought that it was overall good fun. The battle system is excellent and the music is great. The characters are cool and generally quite enjoyable. However, the standard ending of the game really annoyed me. It’s totally anti-climactic. I really don’t want to go back and do a bunch of side quests (collectathon in...
First or third person, preferably 3D. No post-apocalyptic games unless it’s a post-apocalyptic scenario in nature. Also it must have a singleplayer mode. Does anyone know any games like this?
seeing its recent surge in popularity it seems like a lot of people found out about the whole genre of quake-like games!!! and the level design is absolutely the most thought out ive seen in years
Theres a lot of talk about benchmarking in the press for CS2 but i’m interested if anyone in this community has purchased the game and what their impressions are for performance and playability....
And I’ve rated them all below. I’m very glad Steam decided to do a big promotional event around them- it helped point me toward a lot of games I would have never tried/heard of otherwise. Some of the good ones might not be good the entire game, but they were at least good in the demo....
Was thinking about this today, pretty unique time way back in my gaming past. Belonged to a clan that would play things like War Rock (old F2P game), Battlefield 2, early CoD games, etc....
