How it started and how it ended...
Hello fellow withprinters. Whats happening here? Stringing is not the problem, if i print string tests, they are good. Its only in holes, the walls wont stick. Any suggestions for a fix?...
I have an Ender 5 Plus with some upgrades (“Old” MicroSwiss Direct Drive, Exoslide XY, custom shroud) and I occasionally have the issue in which the Cables for the Print head as well as the Filament Feeding Tube interfere or get caught on something on the printer....
Made sure the stock firmware printed the example gcode that came on the SD card and then immediately embarked on my journey to get klipper running on this guy....
OK (I’m the same guy who posted with the petg not sticking) Before Yesterday I bought overture petg and I was deceived because I had all kinds 1f issues… But then I tried to put the bed at 90C and the nozzle at like 280 ant it worked… How come i have to print this hot 🔥?
It’s not top thickness, that’s only 3 layers and the bulge is on more layers than that....
I got my Kywoo Slim printer last week, and it’s done well for its price of £200, although it was slightly bad at detail as it would drag the filament along with it, rather than the filament adhering properly to the build plate....
I keep adding more tool holders to this as I find the need. Still have one blank area to fill, but it’s mostly there.
When you make something that’s too big for your printer, how do you hide the seams from bonding when aesthetics are a priority?
I’m pretty new to PETG, and have been really struggling with it compared to PLA. My latest print of this part is dimensionally accurate, but I need it to be air tight. It is very much not at the moment....
Hi all! I was curious to see if anyone had any recommendations for an enclosure for the Ender V3 Neo. I found a few on Amazon, but they look like grow tents and wasn’t sure if that would work well. For a bit of context, it seems like an enclosure is a must have for ABS printing which is ultimately what I’m after....
(Not cross-posted by OP)...
I was printing a benchy on my monoprice select miniwitha a e3d v6 nockoff and I saw plastic ozzing around my hotend
I found out Thangs locks print files and comments behind an account when I tried downloading my own files from a different device. I’ve decided to leave the platform and going back to my trusty old Thingiverse. I tried to find something new and better but maybe Thingiverse is just the place to be for now. New links below....
Hello everyone!...
I’m trying to diagnose what tuning I need to get a smooth top layer on a solid print....
Now I need to learn how to play it…
I started resin printing and I am wondering if you guys use a full on resperator (if so is their a specific classification you’d recommend?) Or do you just use a cloth / surgical mask?...
I’m running the bed that came with my Ender 3 pro (using a pei sheet, this is repeatable with glass too), been having this issue for a while I think. Is it time to replace the bed?...
Last week, I printed this lamp cover successfully. Print direction was “bottom to top” without any support material. Now, the last print of the same cover failed miserably. The main difference is that my Prusa MINI+ now lives within an enclosure so I assume the temperature within the enclosure might be the culprit here....
Has anybody used one of these mini "dehumidifiers" to dry out filament as a substitute for buying a bunch of the desiccant beads? My filament seems OK, but I could do better to keep it dry.
I have a Sapphire Plus printer which I have heavily modified (out of the box it is a piece of junk). After finally changing the mainboard and installing Klipper I got it to print reliably. Of course the next thing I wanted to do was print fast. It quickly became apparent that the E3D V6 hotend and the anemic 3010 fans severely...

My printers do this from time to time where they just ignore everything i did tl make them work and start using factory values....
