I imagine with the expected influx of new users on the 1st a lot of the questions that have been asked here will be asked again....

I had been feeling a bit drawn in to reddit for the past few months before the divorce. I feel like the slower pace at which content comes out on Lemmy is good for me in that way. I can’t just scroll and scroll and scroll my entire day away....

A great use for reddit is the ability to search posts and opinions about any niche topic. Will that be possible with Lemmy as it grows? Will I be able to Google "instant rice Lemmy" and get a comprehensive tier list of each brand?...

I signed up and played 76 after the first release—you know, the one with only like 3 humans....

I played a game on lichess and thought i was doing ok for a bit, but it went downhill fast. I can’t upload a GIF here, but a link the game on lichess is lichess1.org/game/export/gif/ZsZknVcD.gif

I’m looking for a decent HoverZoom to use on this site, but I’ve tried a few and I am having mixed results. Some images won’t be zoomed and some will, and I’m not sure why. Is anyone on here using one that works consistently? Thanks!
