Great! I convinced my (cis) boyfriend to play it for the first time a few weeks ago and I think he has like 40 hours and still haven’t finished the game.
I am also playing it to try things I couldn’t try previously.
I don’t really plan to use it on legal documents yet (it is a nightmare to legally change my legal name in my country), but it might sound better online and to introduce myself. I would appreciate suggestions uwu.
It is absolutely amazing, I didn’t know about her. I wasn’t very sure about Perpetua, like, Valentine Perpetua. But then I started reading and see that her first name was Vibia. Vibia Valentine sounds cool, it might work. I’ll see if it sticks.

Slavery ended a while ago, but in the US there is still people alive today who suffered through the Jim Crow laws, and there is still a lot of systematic racism. So, racism didnt end with slavery.
For what I understand about reparations, it is for compensating the black communities, because rich white people has many generations of wealth, meanwhile black people only until a few decades ago were legality unable to make it bigger, being confined to poor communities, and being discriminated agaisnt in every aspect of a white dominated society.
Basically black people had so many obstacules for progress until kinda recently, and reparation are a way to level the ground. Reparations would allow more black people to go to college, feed their families, and get out of extreme poverty.

We never had strong segregation laws, slavery was abolished almost at the same time as in the us, since then we race mixed a lot, and some believe that “there is no racism” here because we are mixed, even when is so obvious that there is a lot of racism, but people just stay quiet about it. But as I said, there were no hard segregation laws no I cant draw some similar experiences from here.
