Iran seems to me a really interesting and fascinating place. Maybe I’m a bit biased as a Pakistani since Iran is a neighbor. I would love to visit Iran someday and explore the culture, and regional cultures there.

That does seem really impressive. I am not really educated on this medicinal front, but should we at this point start looking for other antibiotics? Seeing that some Bacteria(I’m assuming) have become resistant to Penicillin, and more will eventually develop resistance to our Anti-Bacterial drugs.

How can that even be possible? and it’s a bad place for women to be, there are definitely better places. It, however, is not as Black and White as your comment makes it out to be. I would also request you to educate yourself that Pakistani is not an ethnicity, it’s a nationality. Sindhi, Punjabi, Pashtun, and Baloch are some of the ethnicities found in Pakistan. My family. I guess I appreciate my family the most because it is the most important thing in my life. I’m not in Western countries where there’s too much focus on individualism, and unique identities, and whatnot. But, in my culture, it could be said that family is the most important part of one’s life. I am Pakistani, and a Baloch after that. Hope that helps.

Me too. I’m into open source and stuff, so much I tried 4 or 5 distros on my potato PC. Yes, seeing Reddit’s behavior towards its user made me have a sour feeling toward it. I used to love reddit as it was the only social media platform I was on. Lemmy is fun, and people around here are nice. Also, in What city did your aunt teach in Pakistan?
