Yes and no. It will definitely fix some issues and create new ones. Would likely free up some space and be better overall for most.

Less cars is generally better. Plus I don’t like driving. I get highly stressed and it ruins my day. Yet when someone else drives me I’m all good. So for me it’s a win.

I’m guessing there would be a whole host of new issues. Similar to this one. Broken down vehicles blocking access to areas. Parking in weird places.

Job loss from gig economy with Uber and such. Potentially an increase in cars if companies could have fleets of cars. An absolute shit tonne of bandwidth being required for all these cars. Software updates bricking cars. Some people enjoy driving so negative for them maybe. I’m sure there are plenty others. Won’t know issues until roll out really happens. Pros and cons to most things unfortunately.

If it’s a flagship phone and the other flagships are shipping with the chipset that is wifi 7 then it’s a bad mark against Google.

However in real terms it’s unlikely to impact the majority of users. Considering there’s no routers with wifi 7 in existence and no Internet companies are capable of 46gbs.

Google should be future proofing devices. If they reduce price for an older modem then that would be beneficial. They won’t but it would be nice.

Fair enough. I would always push for advancement and future proofing. But I’m not even pushing 100 mbs down. So 46 is just insane. Even at whatever the maximum number of devices connected.

Pretty much every politician. Ask for a report from public. Get experts in to look into options and then decide that it’s either too expensive or that it’s not viable.

Explain again what the point is in politicians. They have no discernible talents. Could save a lot of money and probably humanity if we replaced them with the experts.

Politicians seem to be middle men that add nothing to the situation and yet they muddy the waters and cost a fortune

Considering majority of the planet doesn’t have access to esim. Google just cut off a huge chunk of its markets. I’ve been waiting on esims for years. They are slowly creeping out but they don’t work on all networks and don’t work on pay as you go plans.

Think you’d need esim to be much more established before you tried anything like this.

BT headphones had become pretty normal by the time they started removing the jack. You can also get an adapter to still use them. No slot for sim would be incredibly bold and lose them a tonne of money.

Oh excellent I stand corrected. All the sim plans I’ve seen in the UK France and North America all seemed to offer monthly plans but not pay as you go.

I know there are lots of online only holiday sims. They are fantastic. Was going to use them in Canada but didn’t get a chance.

Do you need a meat slicer ? If you have a sharp knife you can cut to similar thinness.

If that’s the only obstacle, it’s very overcomeable.

Fair. I don’t eat out unless I’m eating something that I can’t make. I’m just super duper tight fisted. I’m not paying someone to make a Subpar meal for me. Tipping and driving. That’s less convenient than just throwing a beef roast in the oven for a few hours.

Yeah easily. Don’t think you need an expensive tool. Just a good quality knife. Sharp. Sharpen the blade before use and I don’t see why I couldn’t cut it to mm thickness.

I’m sure I’ve cut beef joints to translucent thickness before. If that’s the only thing stopping you. It’s do able

Considering it’s a roast beef sandwich I’d hazard a guess at top round roast. Suppose you’d need it to have enough length to cut into it properly to get those nice thick slices of beef.

I’m assuming the beef taste would depend on the fat content and marbling but I’ve no idea. I don’t like greasy so wouldn’t be my choice.

Obviously you are trying to goad me into failing which is a fun game.

I’m not an American nor do I live in ol USA. I think and plan ahead. With a beef roast that size cooked slowly when I had time. Might do me a week or less depending on if I had it for dinner or just for lunches.

I wouldn’t dare waste my time no money buying sandwiches while I was at work. However it is your prerogative how you spend your money and time. Just like everyone else
