On version 0.19 you can block instances so that you don’t see any posts from that instance, instead of having to block communities one by one, you still see comments from users of that instance in other posts so it isn’t completely blocking the instance.

The time this one dude lied to me with my friend so he’d have an excuse to talk to me. He wanted to get to know me and couldn’t fathom walking up and striking a conversation like a normal person so he asked my friend to pretend that they knew each other for a long time when I got back from the restroom. I found out when things weren’t adding up. I felt so manipulated that I had to walk out of the club to clear my head.

If one of my friends did this to overcome their anxiety, I’d empathize and congratulate them on figuring out a way to make it work. If I were in OP’s shoes and one of my friends did to me what you just said, I’d say bullet dodged and carry on.
I wouldn’t if they were stripping it of personal information. I lack imagination for what they could possibly do to harm anyone by having somewhat of an insight into mundane and trivial everyday problems.
I mean the other 2 countries, Canada and Mexico, how similar are both of them to United States?? Both countries have a similar economy and democracy etc, and I think those two countries share things like supermarkets, stores, etc. I suppose the cultural differences are not a lot, that is very nice.
Umm, we have the same stores here in Mexico. Lol Like, they’re stocked to the brim and huge.
But I will say that I like shopping malls better in Mexico. They feel more authentic, more stylish in a way, and unique to one another. Midwest shopping malls seemed so bland to me for some reason and they all followed the same layout and used similar construction materials.
Also, I’m not sure about “better social services”. They’re not exactly bad and they are comprehensive. We get plenty of good social services down here. For example, our Senate just passed a bill to create free universal healthcare for pets today that we already had for free or at low cost in other ways. We’re no strangers to varying degrees of socialism.
And if you clamp those steel cheeks you create the paradox between an immovable object vs an unstoppable force. Turns out super humans also get the super shits.
I think it’s a North American thing. I’ve cringed in both Mexico and the US every time it happened. I’m just not sure how common it is because I’m not an avid movie goer.
I really do think this is a straight man experience. There are no shortage of compliments among gay men and not in a sexual way. It’s possible that the brain matter itself doesn’t have innervations but you do have blood vessels and other structures that do have them and those are the ones you feel.
I’ve never had problems for being short. Maybe I haven’t been paying attention but there’s nothing a stool or a chair can’t fix. Also, climbing on furniture is easy but rare. 🤷♂️
