Best external SSD for high-uptime use?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of an external SSD that’d last me a while being plugged into my incredibly simple SBC home server. I’ve done a bit of research but haven’t found much information about USB-connected SSDs and their longevity in terms of 24/7 use....

Set your SBC up to run something like TrueNas or OMV6 and you have a DIY NAS.

On Outlook you can set rules for anything except X text in the recipient mail making you able to set wildcards to some extent.

If you are not afraid of Windows: Veeam B/R (Community Edition)

It has a nice GUI and works very well.
GUI is well explained, knowledgebases for Hyper-V, VMware and some others.
The Agent can be deployed manually and linux agents can write to a repository.
I don’t think Proxmox is a supported hypervisor.

Community Edition is free
I think up to 10 workloads

Maybe take a look.

You could try to get hands on a NFR license that has the premium features with a 1 year runtime

Edit: I use Windows Agent for my personal rig and backup via SMB.
We use it at work so I am partially biased to that solution.

You can’t use public search engines for private trackers.
You can use public trackers in prowlarr and jackett

Gyro is imo a bit of a gimmick.
Same as the adaptive triggers from the PS5 and the HD rumble from the switch and the Kinect from the Xbox 360/One.

They are all pretty cool but how many devs will actually implement it?
HD rumble: Sure, there are party games but those are 1st party (usually) and what purpose do they offer besides the few haptic feedbacks?
Adaptive trigger: I see two options. Racing or Archery. Maybe the odd platformer.
Kinect: Basically a Wiimote and a WiiFit - the scale. It had a few neat titles but basically useless unless you like the swish around in the dashboard.

So what purpose does the gyro serves outside of more expensive hardware the majority of devs will not utilize. Am I really missing out on something?
