I think that’s bad logic. The choice everyone has is kill or not kill. I can’t be held responsible for someone deciding to pick kill when they have the ability to pick not kill.
Ok, and what does that actually mean for/to me? It’s not the same as intentionally putting somrone in a situation where both choices knowingly result in death. And even if was in this situation, wouldn’t it ultimately be the fault/responsibility of whoever set up the scenario to being with?
Do people still not understand how donations/charities work? If they sold it for $100 and donated $100. Yes, they technically get a tax deduction. But it doesn’t change how much profit they made. If they had tossed it in the trash they’d still have the same amount of profit. They just aren’t paying tax on the $100 they sold it for because that money is being donated.

I don’t understand how it differs from what they have now, except in implementation. You have points that while may not technically be directly linked to Reddit, are accessed only through Reddit. How is that functionally different from the points and coins they have now?
Doesn’t matter if you’re technically correct if no one knows what you’re talking about. And that’s really the purpose of language. To understand what the other is saying. Would be nice if people started using the proper term but we can’t even get people to agree that vaccines are good, polluting is bad, or that 1x1=1 (thanks Terrance).
