It's meant to be the dumbest, most easily disprovable shit. Like the people that make those "Nigerian Price" e-mail scams the Kremlin is only looking for the absolute dumbest, most credulous suckers. Once you find those people you can weaponize them against anything and they'll never question it because they lack the wherewithal to do so.
It’s that feature that makes me want to like start replying to them and just see where the rabbit hole goes. Never give them money or at least never much money (if it costs money to play the game y’know).
Just to throw off their algorithm.
But then I wonder if I could enlist some LLMs to do it instead? Like get all the emails the dupes who have fallen for this have written and start training from there. Then get an LLM trained on recordings to generate a script realtime for an audio bot so they can call the scam farms in India, China, and Vietnam.
Eventually maybe have a bunch of LLMs tied up emailing each other and calling each other.
With the range, payload, and cost, these are quite useful against soft targets: depots and helicopters on their pad within Russian controlled territory.
Just like logs. The time would tell if they’d be desperate enough to carry the survived ammo now, with a big chance of a sudden malfunction after such an impact.
For real. What are we waiting for?? Frozen Russian money should be provided to Ukraine as a stop gap at a minimum, it should be provided regardless. While politicians drag their feet, this is an good solution as well as an easy sell to the public. Funding war, someone else’s war can be a tough sell to taxpayers, but this is funding for their survival. Get it done. Now.**
