Happy to host Polina Rusanova, between Oct 2023 and Jan. 2024, for her #PhD internship. Her thesis title is "Moving towards a sustainable use of #fisheries resources: Nutritional quality, #contaminants, #bioactive compounds, and new bycatch based #food", Università Di #Palermo, Italy.
Select items from the Ottoman Greeks of the United States Digital History Project Archive are now on display at the exhibit titled "In the Name of Humanity: American Relief Aid to Greece, 1918 - 1923." The exhibit will be on display until February 18. It was a pleasure working with the curators over the past year to make this a reality.
It breaks my heart thinking about all the #students who were ready to start their new #MSc or #phd in foreign countries and now they have to give up because they cannot travel from many more countries other than #Israel and #Palestine
It's two weeks until writing month! What's everyones plans for AcWriMo and NaNoWriMo?
I'm planning to write an 8,000-word chapter, re-write a book entry that will be published in 24, and attend writing retreats.
Any recommendations for apps to track my writing?
Academics, writers, editors, and everyone else who puts pen to paper, what are your goals?
