Any DDL sites or good trackers for Kdramas?
The ones listed in the wiki are either very troublesome or have dead links. Do ya’ll know any good ddl sites or trackers for them?

When posting a video url on Lemmy, is there any way to have the post display a picture of the video thumbnail? It would look so much better than gray squares with an outlink arrow in the corner.
I joined reddit when I was 13, I'm 23 now. Reddit is fun was an amazing app, I made a lot of friends, laughed, cried, saw some shit that scarred me for life and I loved it. Its crazy for me because I never realized until now how much of an impact it had on my life. I hope that Lemmy takes off, because I already miss rif. Truly...
The more that content on the web is “locked down” with more stringent API requests and identity verification, e.g. Twitter, the more I wonder if I should be archiving every single HTTP request my browser makes. Or, rather, I wonder if in the future there will be an Archive Team style decentralized network of hoarders who, as...
I picked up some extra work so my weekend will be pretty much nonexistent. Let me live vicariously through you. Anything fun or exciting? Anything shitty you want to vent about? Boring normal stuff that needs done? Lay it on me!
It’s the Golden Girls theme song, but also in a way accurate. Rif was my first introduction to reddit. And the first app I downloaded on every phone. One I used…probably too often haha. Don’t confront me with that data, I’m not ready yet. But through the past decade it’s led me to some extraordinary discoveries, been a...
Fuck Reddit.
Not that BE73 END or SH73 TER really are any good at all, they’re a reach, but I mourn CU73 NOB
Thought of this in the shower this morning, if anyone has an answer I’d be very interested!
Facebook used to be such an awesome platform. At least until all the ads and boomers....
I mean the dev is obviously free to work on whatever he wants, but I’ve had a Tildes account for like 2 years now, and honestly it never got any traction. Lemmy on the other hand is getting a lot of users, and it is desperately missing a non-buggy app....

They finally cut access....
I’m using Liftoff but also checked out Connect and am trying to figure this out. (It took me multiple tries just to create an account so bear with me!). How can I find popular communities? I found a master list but it was in alphabetical order and wouldn’t let me sort by subscriber count.
Deleted.
Is this a Lemmy thing or a Thunder thing? This is just a small sample. These posts show up another 5 or 6 times...
I find the idea of owning a personal knowledge graph incredibly intriguing, but I’ve had trouble getting started. To be frank, I’m not quite sure what to include. A lot of the information that I might feel like I would want to save is also readily available via Google and can be retrieved faster by Googling than by diving...

I have been trying to subscribe to the lemmy.ml asklemmy community at lemmy.ml which has around 21k+ subscribers. however by searching !asklemmy it points me to a community with same name but only 6k+ subscribers. Are they actually the same thing? Thanks
As the title says. I’m not doing bad, this seems like it may finally be stable-ish. I’m typing this with my braille display because I can actually use it on this platform unlike on reddit which is nice.
There was a single bag check and the cop was moving super slowwww so there were about a thousand of us who weren't able to see the parade even though we were in line for over an hour....
I have a bit of data that has to be encrypted and stored into a file so that it can be moved across file systems and possibly OSes. Disk encryption like dm-crypt and a loop device isn’t appropriate as it may not exist on another OS....
I’m hoping to start a dialogue about the current use of descriptive community names, usernames, lack of semantic URLs, and other usability issues on the Lemmy platform. I say dialogue because I am new to Lemmy and I can appreciate that some things may be done differently here for specific reasons....
In an effort to try and be mindful of storage usage on instances I’m posting to, I’d prefer to host images externally and link to them....
Long love, long live, Lemmy!!!
