Apple just has good marketing honestly, growing up it was pretty rare to give out your number so I message wasn’t really a thing. The main driver honestly is marketing. Androids are seen as cheap, iphones are seen as rich. The UI is sleek and magical. The ecosystem just works, and services like airdrop are ubiquitous. I fear we might see all major flagship players step out of the US as gen z gets older and android being branded in the US as exclusively budget and IOT.
I think I weighed like 180-200lbs when I started and honestly I feel like my transition has been useless because of this and I should of been denied hrt. And I look super ugly
I’ve been on 4mg daily since February of 2022, than I got on 6mg in around April of 2023. I’m now considering moving to 2mg 3 times a day instead. My levels are 180pg/ml for E and like 12 on T.
I feel like we need a popular fork to ship by default on Linux distros, and other stuff. And this fork need a heavy skin. We need to make it better in every single way.

I don’t really agree here, as a trans women myself I face issues like sexism just as cis women do, and depending on how well a trans women passes she might face additional issues with transphobia. The only way I could think of would be to have your instance download the images but that’s currently not even support on the mastodon alike platforms even. I use android and I will still say I think iOS had an edge when it comes to security. iOS sandbox is far more restrictive of what apps can and can’t do. While I disagree with certain restriction others I can see. Keep in mind as far as I am aware android apps can still do things like list every application on the device, and don’t get me started on Google Play services
I use graphine and put all the spooky apps in my “work” profile and that seems to make me feel safe enough, keep in mind while I would love it if I could convince every single friend to move to FOSS applications I know deep down that would be really hard to do
